Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida iTEP Prize Distribution Ceremony

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a commemoration ceremony on 14th February, 2015 to facilitate the students who scored good grades in International Test of English Proficiency (iTEP). It was a proud moment for the test takers to be recognized by the institution and iTEP. This ceremony marked the commitment of the institute to bring the best of the global education to its students and staff members.
Dr. Ritu Soryan, iTEP Coordinator started the ceremony with the welcome speech emphasizing on the importance of English language fluency in all walks of professional life and urged the staff and the students to make the best use of the testing center towards skill enhancement.
Prof. S.K Bagga, Director, DGI, Greater Noida inaugurated the ceremony by lighting the lamp amidst the chants of Saraswati Vandana to invoke the blessings of the Goddess of Learning. He urged the students to stress upon honesty, integrity, punctuality and determination.
During the feedback Mr. Arshnoor Tandon, Student of Civil Branch thanked the iTEP Coordinators and college for their valuable guidance and support.
Ms. Rikankshi Joshi, student of Computer Science expressed her heart felt gratitude for the support and for providing them new way of learning by which they can excel in different fields. Prof. Bagga and Prof. Ashwani Kumar, Administrator- Academics distributed the prizes and certificates among the students who cleared the iTEP exam with Upper Intermediate Level.
The students were also addressed by Dr. Anupam Kumar, iTEP Coordinator who congratulated all the iTEP toppers and said that learning is a lifelong pursuit. The students should be equipped with many more certificates to have edge in placement. He urged the students to be the part of this iTEP learning program at DGI.
Prof. Ashwani focused on the importance of iTEP certification in being job ready for the students. He said that DGI gives a very fertile ground for the students to grow academically fully equipped to be placed anywhere. He specially mentioned iTEP, Microsoft, MTA, and Spoken Tutorial IIT Bombay. He motivated the students to earn these certificates by the time they graduated.
