Session on Entrepreneurship & Innovation as Career Opportunity

ED Cell and Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE) Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a session on “Entrepreneurship & Innovation as Career Opportunity” for B.Tech & MBA students on 1st November, 2022. The speaker of the session was Mr. Sushil Kumar Aggarwal, (Chairman & Director Avro India Limited). 225 students attended the session.
The session aimed at making students aware about the career aspects available in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and empowers them to bring positive change in the society.
Mr. Aggarwal explained, India is a vast country and the need for carrying innovative projects and starting of fresh start ups is a must to increase employment opportunities and thus growth in GDP. He explained, entrepreneurship in detail, roles of an entrepreneur and barriers associated with entrepreneurship. He explained that making profits from a business is a long and risky affair. He illuminated many examples for the easy understanding of the students.
In the end, an interactive question and answer session was conducted to satisfy the doubts of the students. Students of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida extracted a lot of valuable information from the session. The session ended with a vote of thanks by the director Prof. (Dr.) K K Saini.
