Session on Process of Innovation Development

Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE) Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a session on “Process of Innovation Development” for B.Tech & MBA students. The speaker of the session was Mr. Randhir Batsa, General Manager, Admin & Sustainability Head (Neokraft Global Pvt. Ltd.) on 2nd November, 2022. 235 students attended the session.
The speaker started the session by addressing about the necessity of Changes in Technology. He continued the session by asking the students always try to find answer to three vital input questions before moving for any innovation process: Why, What & How. He guided the participants if they know Why, What and How of each and every step of Innovation cycle, they would always fetch positive results. He then explained the entire process of Innovation:
- Starting innovation
- Strategy building
- Business improvement
- Decline
- Idea generation/idea capturing
He further explained the need to study potential threats attached with any innovative idea. When all’s said and done, he answered all the queries of the students.
The students of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida energetically paid attention throughout the session and were profited by the session.
