During post lunch session Mr. Jayakrishnan discussed the importance of ‘Wiki’ as MOOCs. He described the features of ‘Wiki’ with examples and its usage. He also discussed how ‘Wiki’ helps to manage large scale group projects. Mr. Jayakrishnan took queries from RCC’s on ‘How to use MOOCs in teaching-learning process’. A number of innovative processes were suggested by some of the remote centers which are:
- Use of Procter Exam through MOOCs
- Use of Online Courses for Revision before Semester Examination
Some of the elective courses may be replaced by MOOC courses and graded accordingly in the curriculum etc. Mr. Jayakrishnan appreciated the suggestions and took responses (through chat) from rest of the remote centers on how much they are likely to use these techniques.
Mr. Jayakrishnan ended the session with the hope that all the communities developed during the FDP should collaborate among themselves for the accomplishment of its goal.

Prof. Iyer explained each question with specific answer to build and sustain collaborative community. He suggested to take supports from Cohorts and RCs for discussion, to use Web Pages, Padlets etc that they have developed for sharing their views, to involve in research for further enhancement of teaching-learning paradigm. Prof. Sridhar encouraged the participants to explore diversified field for research.
Prof. Sahana Murthy conducted the session on Peer Assessment and Active Learning in which she first took poll from the remote centers on the serious concerns regarding Peer Assessment in this FDP. She then discussed about various aspects of Good Peer Assessments such as its Reliability, Clarity, Explanation of detail criteria, Feedback etc. The session ended with interaction with remote centers.
