Campus Placement Drive by Vaayu Home Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida hosted the campus placement drive for Vaayu Home Appliances (India) Pvt Ltd for B.Tech 2018 batch on Feb 20 and 21, 2018. The eligible branches were B.Tech ME and EEE.

Vaayu is a Hybrid Cooling System which provides an advance cooling solution similar to an Air Conditioner but consumes 10% of the electricity. Vaayu is the world's first patented advanced hybrid cooling machine which comes with a unique technology of blending the traditional coolers with compressor.

Mr. Love Bhatnagar- HR visited the premises for the conduction of the placement activity. The campus placement was 2 day event. The first day was dedicated for the prelim round in which the students from DCE-GGN, DGI-GN ,Haryana Engineering College, RKGIT, , Hindustan Engineering College etc participated. The test was a combination of Aptitude and Technical skills.

The shortlisted students appeared for the next round of interview on Feb 21. The day started with the company's presentation and query handling. Mr. Bhatnagar ran the students through the company's USPs' and informed them about the key deliverables. He also took the student's query about their career progress in Vaayu Appliances and pay package.

After the PPT, there was a Group Discussion round. The students were given various topics to discuss upon and render their views on it. All the shortlisted students from GD, now faced the PI with Mr. Bhatnagar. He checked the student's psychology in this round and made sure that the best and most deserving get the offer letter.

After scrutinizing all the students, he finally selected 5, out of which 3 were from Dronacharya Group.

The event came to an end with Vote of Thanks from TPO, Ms Prachi Agarwal.
