Workshop Under One District One Incubator Initiative

Dr. Kamal Deep (ECE Dept.) (Innovation Ambassador) of Droncaharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida attended “Workshop Under One District One Incubator Initiative” on 20th January, 2024. The workshop was organized by Innovation Hub, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The resource person of the workshop was Mr. Mahip Singh (Head Innovation Hub, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow)
The objective of the workshop was to make institutes understand the importance of establishing an Incubation Centre for NCR Region and support and benefit to Incubators and Startups.
Following topics were covered during the workshop:
- To drive Young Minds to be Change makers of Society
- To inculcate the Entrepreneurial Spirit in the Students
- To build World-class Lab Facilities at Incubation Centers
- To help Startups in commercializing the new Technologies
- To foster Innovation with an ease in Prototype Development
- To aid Startups with Prototype Research & Development Fund
- To build State-of-the-art Innovation Infrastructure Ecosystems
- To increase Patent Filings and jump in National Innovation Index
- To act as a Catalyst in strengthening Economy by creating New Jobs
Participants had the opportunity to interact with industry experts and the workshop was also a source of networking. Overall, the initiative will help in the contribution to the economic growth and development of the region.
