Innovation & Entrepreneurship Outreach Program

Institutions Innovation Council (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida conducted an “Innovation & Entrepreneurship Outreach Program” for school students of ‘Government Inter College , Nandgram on 18th January, 2024. The theme for the program was “Future Creators: Innovate, Build, Transform” Dr. Kaustubh Kumar Shukla (Innovation Ambassador, DGI) conducted the session at college campus. 11th & 12th Grade Students of the school attended the program.
The objective of the program was to spark interest in STEM fields and entrepreneurship among high school students and provide hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.
Dr. Kaustubh Kumar Shukla explained the concept of Innovation by way of presentations. He said, in simple term, Innovation is the act of inventing something new in tangible as well as intangible form. She urged the students to participate in mind games, brain teasers, visual puzzles and trying to solve logical & critical reasoning questions to the fullest. He also asked students to be conscious for the environment and also start pondering for various means to make the Earth a safer and greener place to live. Afterwards, there was a competition for the students wherein students showcased their innovative models and ideas and were also applauded for the efforts thus made.
At last, he mentioned the contributions of Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida towards promoting research and innovation activities. He also guided students about various career prospects available.
It was an interactive session and students empowered to see themselves as capable of creating future solutions.
Objective: To inspire innovation and foster entrepreneurship.
