Essay Competition on Subhash Chandra Bose Birth Anniversary (Parakram Diwas)

In commemoration of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's birth anniversary, an essay competition was organized by NSS Unit, Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida to celebrate his legacy and ideals. 85 students participated in the competition and showcased their insights on Bose's contributions to India's freedom struggle.
Programme was initiated by Dr. S.K Srivastava (Registrar, DGI.) In his speech, he highlighted the sacrifices of S.C Bose. The chief guest of the day was Dr. Umang Soni (faculty in NSUT Delhi)
The competition aimed to foster a deeper understanding of Bose's visionary leadership and his unwavering commitment to a free, sovereign India. The event not only honed participants' writing skills but also instilled a sense of patriotism and admiration for one of India's greatest freedom fighters.
The essence of Subhash Chandra Bose's vision and leadership lies in his unwavering commitment to India's Independence. His famous slogan, "Give me blood, and I shall give you freedom," resonates even today, reminding of the sacrifices made during the struggle for Independence. The essay competition was a fitting tribute to Netaji's legacy, encouraging participants to investigate into his life and principles.
The winners of competition were-First position - Rajiv Chanchal (2nd year, CSE - 17141), Second position -Harsh Kumar (2nd year, CSE- 17073), Third position - Jagriti (1st year, CSE- 18089) and consolation position – Nishu Sharma (2nd year, CSIT - 17278). In the end, the Dr. Umang Soni (faculty in NSUT Delhi) and Dr. Pawan Sharma (HOD-APS) gave awards to all winners.
