Training Program on Soft Skills

Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida in collaboration with Rubicon (Barclays), organized a training program on "Soft Skills" from 13th – 21st May 2024. Mr. Varun Khanna and Ms. Deepa Maharishi were the trainer for the program. The training program was coordinated by Ms. Nandini Tomar (Assistant Professor) and Mr. Bharat
Bhushan – System Administrator.
The objective of the training program was to prepare students to manage real-world work scenarios and challenges, while also boosting their confidence and effectiveness in their professional roles.
Prof. (Dr.) Arpita Gupta (Director, DGI) welcomed Mr. Varun Khanna and Ms. Deepa Maharishi presented them a sapling. Prof. (Dr.) S.K. Srivastava (Registrar, DGI) gave a brief introduction of the guest and offered the dais to trainer.
Mr. Varun Khanna and Ms. Deepa Maharishi briefed students, Corporate Readiness Programme, which aims to improve students' employability skills. The program's primary goals were personality development and improving communication skills for the workplace. The interactive training module featured a variety of Case studies, Mock Interviews, and Presentations and many more.

Ms. Richa Jaiswal, the Head of Training and Placement, gave a vote of gratitude at the conclusion of the training programme.
Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, the training program provided a comprehensive learning experience that prepared participants for success in their careers.
