Mentorship session for "School Students through Innovation Ambassadors"

Institution Innovation Cell (IIC), Ministry of Education (MoE), Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida organized a mentorship session for school students. Ms. Neelam Bhardwaj (Innovation Ambassador, IIC, DGI, Greater Noida) visited Aggarwal Public School, Ballabhgarh on 20^th January, 2023 to advise students on the need for innovation.

She addressed on the topic “Vigyan se Vikas” and explained about Innovation as the introduction of new idea.  She told the students about the purpose and importance of studying science and discussed about innovation and its need, how technology affects innovation processes and the factors affecting innovation processes. Students were told about the need to think logically and participate in innovative practices. She said that the old processes of doing any work keeps on changing rapidly and newer technologies comes in. She motivated students to read biography of successful innovators, watch interviews of successful innovators and find opportunities to be creative. She gave various examples of innovation like drones, solar rechargeable hearing aids, electrical vehicles, etc. for students to understand the need for innovation in all the fields.

At the end, Ms. Neelam Bhardwaj cleared the doubts of the students. The impact of the session on students was overwhelmingly positive.
