One - Day workshop on

"Android Application Development"

22nd September, 2017

A one day workshop on "Android Application Development" was organized by DGI-CSI Student Chapter at Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Greater Noida on 22nd September, 2017. Mr. Yash Yogi, Technical Manager from ArdroIT Software Pvt. Ltd. assisted by four other members of his team, Mr. Yatin Yadav (IOS Lead & Sr. Android Developer), Mr. Lakshay Juneja (Sr. Android Developer), Mr. Sushant Jugran( IOS Developer & Alumni of DGI) and Ms. Priyanka Bindal conducted the workshop. 39 students from B-Tech 2nd Year CSE attended the session. 

Starting the session Ms. Priyanka Bindal explained the latest developments in Android. 

Mr. Yash conducted the training session on JAVA Programming as well as on Application of JAVA in Android.

Mr. Yatin Yadav and Mr. Lakshay Juneja conducted the session on “How to design the layout in android using XML and JAVA”. The students designed app in their mobile during the session.

The workshop ended with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. Somnath Sinha, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, DGI, Greater Noida.
